The MK2 Quai de Seine

Situated on the edge of the still-gentrifying 10th, the MK2 Quai de Seine (confusingly twinned with the MK2 Quai de Loire, which is seemingly next door, but in fact across the canal with no bridge) is the lovely combination of dangerous types trying to rob you, and poor people who been robbed and looking to rob those guys. A nice cafe out front, but don’t go too early. Trust me.
